Objective
To streamline the distribution of meal benefits to employees without the need for monthly printing. The casino required a stored value card system that allowed full traceability of meal spending for card owners.

Solution
We implemented Vouchermatic’s stored value card for the casino’s employees to redeem meals at approved dining establishments.
Each stored value card was topped up with $50 at the beginning of every month, catering to the large team of employees.
The stored value cards could be charged during redemption for the specific value to redeem, and monetary balance could be adjusted if necessary. Transactions could also be voided, and money could be transferred between cards by the administrator if required. All transactions were tracked for auditing purposes.
Results
Vouchermatic’s solution allowed the casino’s employees to easily redeem meals using the stored value cards. The cards were charged using Vouchermatic’s own merchant app or using a bulk top-up feature, with the option for manual top-ups or charges.
Transactions were automatically generated and tracked, providing full visibility for the casino.
For ease of user segmentation, card owners involved in transactions could be identified through a tagging system embedded in the cards.
