If your stamp card is not working or keeps taking you back to the registration page, there could be various reasons for this issue. To help you troubleshoot the problem, we have provided solutions for each of the possible reasons below:

Reason 1: Cookies disabled
Steps to Enable cookies on Chrome on Android
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app
- At the top right, tap More. Settings.
- Tap Site settings. Cookies.
- Turn Allow cookies ON
Steps to Enable cookies on Safari iPhone
- Go to Settings > Safari
- Toggle off “Block all cookies”
- Toggle OFF the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
Reason 2. Stamp card opening in incognito on Android or in Private on iPhone Safari
Ensure that you open the links in General TAB and not in an incognito or private browser.
Reason 3 – Invalid QR scanner for iphone users
Do not use the iphone QR code scanner. Use normal camera scanner only.
Reason 4. Disable Content blockers app on iphone (if any)
- Tap Settings > Safari > Extensions
- Tap to turn OFF a listed content blocker
What else to try for iphone users in case of issues:
- Restart iphone
Reason 5: Delete Cache on Safari
- Open the iPhone home screen and launch the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap on the Safari option.
- Look for the Clear History and Website Data option and tap on it.
- Confirm that you want to clear the data by tapping on the “Clear History and Data” option or tap on “Cancel” if you change your mind.
Reason 6: Delete Cache on Chrome
- Launch the Chrome browser on your device and locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the icon to open the menu and select the “Settings” option.
- Look for the “Privacy” section and tap on it.
- Scroll down to find the “Clear Browsing Data” option and select it.
