Reason 1: Cookies disabled
Steps to Enable cookies on Chrome on Android
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app
At the top right, tap More. Settings.
Tap Site settings. Cookies.
Turn Allow cookies ON
Steps to Enable cookies on Safari iPhone
Go to Settings > Safari
Toggle off “Block all cookies”
Toggle OFF the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
Reason 2. Stamp card opening in incognito on Android or in Private on iPhone Safari
Ensure that you open the links in General TAB and not in an incognito or private browser.
Reason 3 – Invalid QR scanner for iphone users
Do not use the iphone QR code scanner. Use normal camera scanner only.
Reason 4. Disable Content blockers app on iphone (if any)
Tap Settings > Safari > Extensions
Tap to turn OFF a listed content blocker

Reason 5: Delete Cache on Safari
Open the iPhone home screen and launch the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap on the Safari option.
